We offer a range of free sessions designed to support individuals living with long-term health conditions, as well as those who care for them. Our workshops promote safe and supported self-management, helping to develop the tools and techniques to improve quality of life.

  • Led by lived experience – Our team, including trained volunteers, also live with long-term conditions or are carers themselves.

Get involved:

All workshops are delivered by a dedicated team of staff and volunteers who have first-hand experience of managing long-term health conditions or caring for loved ones. All of our volunteers began as workshop participants and chose to give back by sharing the techniques they continue to use every day.
