- Understanding how fatigue affects the mind and body
- Practicing energy saving techniques
- Strategies for maintaining a positive outlook and challenging negative thoughts

No writing is required, and there is no pressure to speak in front of others. Sessions are available online via Microsoft Teams or in-person at a community venue.
