What to expect
6 free x 1 hour weekly, small group workshops providing an opportunity to:
Workshop focus:
- Learn practical ways to manage your symptoms
- Build confidence speaking to employers and healthcare professionals
- Develop skills to advocate for yourself at work and beyond
- Connect with others going through similar experiences
Who is it for?
Anyone employed, aged 18+ and living in Wakefield district, or registered with a Wakefield district GP
Where is it?
This workshop is available online via Microsoft Teams, or in person at accessible venues across the Wakefield district
