What to expect
A free 2 x 1 hour, small group workshop
This workshop looks at easy to follow, practical ways to improve your life and help you increase your self esteem
Workshop Focus:
- Understand the impact of neurodiversity on your daily lives
- Learn techniques to improve concentration, communication and organisation
- Look at ways to address sensory overload
- Connect with others who identify as Neurodiverse
No writing is required, and there is no pressure to speak in front of others
Who is it for?
Anyone aged 18+ living in the Wakefield District, or registered with a Wakefield District GP
Where is it?
This workshop is available online via Microsoft Teams or in person at accessible venues across the Wakefield District

Our workshops are lead by a team of trained staff and volunteers with their own experience of living with a long term health condition
