- Understanding the effects of low self-confidence and how it makes us feel
- Practicing relaxation and distraction techniques
- Challenging negative thinking patterns and remaining positive
- Learning practical strategies to help manage emotions
- Setting small, achievable goals to build confidence
No writing is required, and there is no pressure to speak in front of others
Who is it for?
Anyone aged 18+ living in the Wakefield District, or registered with a Wakefield District GP
Where is it?
This workshop is available online via Microsoft Teams or in person at accessible venues across the Wakefield District
